An index of Boynton Beach and Palm Beach County public notices, with the county's official legal notice site linked. Not the official publication. Clerk: 561-742-6060.
Last checked Oct. 8, 2026. This page is an index for convenience. It is not the official publication of any notice. The legally required notice is the one on the official website or in the publication named below.
Florida lets cities and counties publish legally required notices on their county’s designated public notice website instead of only in a newspaper, under section 50.0311 of the Florida Statutes. Palm Beach County’s site, pbcfllegalnotices.com, has a page for Boynton Beach. Hearings on rezonings, new ordinances, budgets and elections are announced through these channels.
