Bakeries in Boynton Beach are spread out: a bakery cafe by the Boynton Harbor Marina, a pastry shop and a Panera on North Congress Avenue near the mall, a second Panera on East Woolbright Road and a Cuban bakery on West Boynton Beach Boulevard west of Congress.
How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Boynton Beach’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and added places from the state’s restaurant inspection file for Palm Beach County. Retail bakeries that do not serve meals are licensed by a different state agency, so a few small shops may be missing; tell us if yours is. Bakeries on South Military Trail and farther west on Boynton Beach Boulevard have a Boynton Beach mailing address but are outside the city limits, so they are not here. We checked each place against its own website on Oct. 9, 2026. A place with no website we could read is listed only because the state inspected it at that address since July 1. The places
Marina Cafe by the Boynton Harbor Marina calls itself a specialty coffee and bakery cafe. It serves breakfast and brunch every day; its menu lists eggs, avocado toast and a lox and bagel plate. See our brunch page too.
Panera Bread has two bakery cafes inside the city: one on North Congress Avenue near the Boynton Beach Mall and one on East Woolbright Road east of Interstate 95. The state inspected the Congress Avenue cafe in July and the Woolbright Road cafe in August.
Vicky Bakery on West Boynton Beach Boulevard is part of a Florida Cuban bakery chain. Its page lists pastelitos baked fresh daily, breakfast all day with cafe con leche, pickup, delivery and catering.
Vosarya Pastry is on North Congress Avenue near the mall. The state inspected it in July, and we did not find a website of its own, so we have no hours or phone to list.
