State report card
Florida gave Congress Middle a C in its 2026 school grades, after a C in 2025. The school earned 51% of the points possible, according to the Florida Department of Education’s 2026 school grades file.
| 2026 school grade measure | Result |
|---|---|
| School grade | C (51% of points) |
| English language arts achievement | 39% |
| Math achievement | 35% |
| 2025 school grade | C |
Achievement is the share of tested students who scored on grade level on the state’s tests. Florida grades every public school A to F from those test results, students’ learning gains, science and social studies results and, for middle and high schools, acceleration and graduation measures, the columns of the state’s file show. For a middle school, A is 64% of possible points or more, B is 57% to 63%, C is 44% to 56% and D is 34% to 43%, the file says.
The full report card, with test results by subject and student group, is on the state’s school report card for Congress Middle. It is an interactive dashboard; the figures above come from the state’s downloadable file, linked from its school grades page.
