The city’s parking pages do not list downtown parking decks or time limits; during events the city names free parking lots and shuttles on each event page.

Parking at home: since Feb. 1, 2026, a city ordinance bars parking a vehicle in a yard, on a swale or on grass next to the street where it can be seen from the road. Park in the driveway or on the driveway apron without blocking the sidewalk. Temporary parking for a party or other event at a home is allowed, per the city’s parking regulations page.
